The following terms and conditions apply to all orders received for products ordered from the tasteofengland.co.uk website. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

GENERAL
Hippotek Ltd T/A tasteofengland.co.uk are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail or telephone you confirming acceptance of your order.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of product or service. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform tasteofengland.co.uk as soon as possible.

PAYMENT
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. tasteofengland.co.uk reserves the right to revise prices at any time. However the price you see on the website when you place your order is the price you will pay, inclusive of shipping and tax.

DELIVERY
Orders are despatched directly from producers by post or courier to the name and address you give us. Please ensure that this information is correct and that delivery to the recipient is possible. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if we are given incorrect or inadequate information. If your order is for a special occasion, a Birthday for example, please advise us of that date and we will do all possible to effect delivery on or just prior to that date. This is not guaranteed and we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries as a result of the failure of the delivery service.

RETURNS
We take considerable care when negotiating with our partner producers and suppliers to ensure that your order is despatched in perfect condition and believe that you will be delighted with it. If you should not be entirely satisfied or if the goods are damaged or defective we will provide you with a complete refund of the cost of the damaged or defective items, subject to you informing us of your complaint by email within a reasonable time.

Our secure site hold a digital certificate from Thawte which is compatible with Netscape and Microsoft browsers. When you submit your order form your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used.
