Our quality policy
This statement is one that we will be asking each of the producers
listed on our website to sign up to. As a small, independent business
ourselves, we work on the principle of trust.
If any of our customers report that any producer listed on our website
has fallen short of the standards implicit in our quality policy,
we will launch an immediate investigation and, if necessary, withhold
their entry on our website.
We believe that clean, wholesome food results from natural sustainable
farming. We do not insist that all the producers listed on our website
use organic methods, but that they are opposed to intensive farming
with its over reliance on chemicals.
We seek out producers who use traditional methods and, in the case
of animals, humane husbandry techniques derived from an appreciation
of the natural needs of domestic livestock.

is committed to offering an alternative to factory farmed and industrially
processed food, which our customers can enjoy in the knowledge that
it has been produced with care and respect for both the environment
and the consumer.
We have a policy of randomly sampling the produce offered by producers
to ensure that it meets the subjective standards that are implicit
in our commitment to offer 'wholesome and tasty food from sources
they can trust' to visitors to our website.
In addition, we will work closely with those organisations introducing
standards which allow consumers to buy with confidence.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints will be dealt with fairly. We will respond to any
complaints within twenty four hours of receipt. We will aim to resolve
all complaints within three working days. Any customer details passed
to use are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the
complaint process.
In the unlikely event that our goods or services should fail to satisfy
your requirements, please telephone our office, which is open from
09:30 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday), on: 08700 780680 Steven Roach is
our Administration Manager and he will personally deal with any problems
